F R I E N D S James is a really friendly guy who will talk to just about any one, and will always take the time out of his day to talk to someone who wants to talk, or help someone who wants/needs help. He's all about making and maintaining friendships, and he'll be nothing except himself around people. He refuses to judge people based on their house or anything like that, preferring to make his own opinions about people.

E N E M I E S Whatemies? Getting on the wrong side of people? No thank you. James likes making friends and being nice to people, so the last thing he wants is to get on the wrong side of someone and make an enemy. He certainly doesn't go out of his way to annoy people, and he'd much rather talk it out and break up a conflict than fight with fists or curses. James would probably try and talk it out with anyone who disliked him.

L O V E R S James will be nothing but himself, and if that's not good enough, then it isn't going to happen. He doesn't believe in being a jerk to girls to get their attention no matter what anyone says. He's not going to deliberately be mean to anyone, or act like someone he's not just for a girl.  He'd much rather one long term, stable relationship that going between lots of different people in a short space of time. Once he's in, he's in.

I will thread with you! Amelia is super intelligent but very dumb with people. She is very much a no drama kind of person because she does not understand it. She is honest and very quirky. She struggles to make friends because people do not do well with her quirky honesty. I don't have any plot ideas, but if you do, I would love to here. Otherwise we can just thread?

Awesome! I think he'd find her people-skills quite endearing, and he'd probably put in some effort to always talk to her when he got a chance to if he knew that she didn't find it particularly easy to make friends. Like... he'd try and be there as a friend to her, regardless of how well they really know each other, he'd just want her to feel like he's someone she can talk to if she wants to. I can't really think of anything super-specific... maybe they could just bump into each other and wind up talking about their Christmas plans, or something? XD

Can these two be really awesome friends please? They could have so much fun together, I know they're a year apart but they both seem like really sociable people so I can imagine they've crossed paths before. Ahh they could go on so many adventures to Hogsmeade (or Celeste can drag him on adventures). She'd probably think he was very sweet and find his honest kindess really refreshing.

<3 You've won me over by using Barbara <3 I read the first paragraph of your plotter and you could have been describing James, they're quite similar in that sense... though he's probably a little less into leading adventures than she is. Her name might mean 'heavenly', but it makes me think of space... he'll probably call her silly space-related names, and throw a new, random one at her every time they meet, just to see how she responds to it Don't be surprised if he calls her Comet... O.o
